These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with EASE TRAVEL. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Passenger Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Passengers must provide valid and genuine documents, including entry and exit visas. Passports must have at least six months validity before the flight.
  • Compliance: Passengers are responsible for complying with applicable laws. EASE TRAVEL is not liable for any loss resulting from non-compliance. Passengers are responsible for fines, penalties, and expenditures and may be denied boarding if requirements are not met.

Personal Details

  • Accuracy: We assume no responsibility for incorrect details provided by passengers. Bookings must be made in the correct names as on the passport. Name changes are not allowed, and tickets are non-transferable.
  • Corrections: Requests for corrections after ticket issuance will incur penalties.

Travel Policies and Regulations

  • Liability: EASE TRAVEL is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect travel dates, flight, departure, and destination details. It is the sole responsibility of the payee to ensure all details are correct before ticket issuance.

Travel Plan Change Policy

  • Penalties: Changes to travel plans after ticket issuance will incur a reissue fee of $150 per ticket plus any fare differences, tax differences, and airline penalties.
  • Notification: Notify us of changes at least 48 hours prior to departure on working days.

Payment Transfers

  • Pricing: Prices may vary until final payment is made. Tickets will not be issued until full payment is received. Prices and ticket rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Credit Card Fees: A merchant fee applies to credit card payments (2% for MasterCard and Visa, 4% for premium credit cards).

Liability for Visas & Special Permits

  • Responsibility: EASE TRAVEL is not responsible for travel restrictions due to invalid documents. Passengers must have valid passports, visas, and re-entry permits.

Passport Validity

  • Renewal: Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the travel date. Compliance with each country’s rules and regulations is mandatory.

Cancellation Fee

  • Fees: Cancellation fees vary and can be up to 100% of the ticket price. A cancellation fee of $150 plus airline penalties applies.

Right to Refund

  • Refunds: Full refunds are provided only when received from the relevant supplier. Refunds may take 14-16 weeks or longer.

Covid-19 Refund

  • Special Conditions: Refunds during the COVID-19 situation may take 24-26 weeks. Service charges may apply, and airline policies for credit voucher validity vary.

Booking Reconfirmation

  • Responsibility: Passengers must confirm tickets and flight schedules with airlines 72 hours before departure.

Checking of Tickets

  • Verification: Passengers must verify ticket details before travel. EASE TRAVEL is available to resolve queries but is not responsible for ensuring ticket receipt.

Airport Check-in Requirements

  • Timing: Minimum check-in time is 2 hours for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights.

Health Concerns

  • Accountability: Passengers are responsible for health issues and must follow airline health requirements and recommendations.

Working Schedules

  • Availability: EASE TRAVEL is not available on weekends, public holidays, or outside office hours.

Taxes and Fees

  • Additional Costs: Passengers are liable for taxes imposed by different countries. Taxes may vary and are charged by airlines without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

  • Exclusions: EASE TRAVEL is not liable for incidental or natural damages beyond our control. Liability, if it cannot be excluded, is limited to the value of the purchased arrangements.
