Passenger Obligations
Documents: Passengers must present valid and authentic documents, including entry and exit visas. Passports must be valid for at least six months prior to travel.
Legal Compliance: Passengers must adhere to all applicable laws. Easeontrip is not responsible for any losses due to non-compliance. Passengers are liable for any fines, penalties, and expenses incurred and may be denied boarding if they fail to meet requirements.
Personal Information
Accuracy: We are not liable for incorrect information provided by passengers. Bookings must be made using the exact names as on the passport. Name changes are not permitted, and tickets are non-transferable.
Corrections: Requests for corrections after ticket issuance will incur penalties.
Travel Rules and Guidelines
Responsibility: Easeontrip is not liable for damages due to incorrect travel dates, flights, departure, and destination details. It is the responsibility of the payee to ensure all details are accurate before ticket issuance.
Fees: Alterations to travel plans after ticket issuance will incur a reissue fee of $150 per ticket plus any fare and tax differences, along with airline penalties.
Notification: Inform us of changes at least 48 hours prior to departure during working days.
Documentation: Easeontrip is not responsible for travel restrictions due to invalid documents. Passengers must have valid passports, visas, and re-entry permits.
Reconfirming Bookings
Verification: Passengers must verify ticket details before travel. Easeontrip is available to resolve queries but is not responsible for ensuring ticket receipt.
Health Responsibilities
Availability: Easeontrip is not available on weekends, public holidays, or outside office hours.
