International Group Travel

Most international airlines define a group as 10 or more passengers travelling together on the same flight. Some carriers extend group benefits to groups of 8+ on specific routes. At EaseOnTrip, we can advise on the minimum thresholds for your specific international route and preferred airline.

International group fares from Australia are typically 15–30% lower than the equivalent individual fare, depending on the route, airline and season. The savings are most pronounced on high-demand routes like Sydney to Bali, Melbourne to Singapore and Sydney to Tokyo.

Yes - one of the primary advantages of group bookings is flexibility around passenger names. Most airlines permit a set number of name changes up to a certain number of days before departure, which is particularly valuable for corporate teams, school excursions and events with fluctuating attendance.

We arrange international group flights departing from all major Australian airports, including Sydney (SYD), Melbourne (MEL), Brisbane (BNE), Perth (PER), Adelaide (ADL), Gold Coast (OOL) and Cairns (CNS). Multi-city group bookings with different departure cities are also manageable.

While our core expertise is international group flight bookings, we work closely with trusted insurance and visa partners to provide end-to-end support for your group's international travel from Australia. Ask our team for referrals when requesting your quote.
